For the same reason that the X-Men comics and the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Editions are marked as "Adult". Sarcasm aside, this is a beautifully expressive piece. The smooth curves between the thigh and hips are sensuous against that really, really awesome stomach. I suppose some might consider the sheet pulled a bit too far from the flowers, but that's still no more than one would see in any generic swimsuit catalog or Maxim.
